Can I change the address or cancel my order?
After our warehouse processes and fulfills the order we won't be able to change anything. If you email us within 24 hours we might be able to make a change.
How long are shipping times?
Fulfillment can take 1-3 business days and shipping time can take 5-12 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Please head over to our tracking page.
Why doesn't my tracking show anything?
Sometimes your tracking will say something similar to "No information available at this time". That is normal as some shipping companies are slow to update their system. The tracking information will eventually show up.
Tracking said my package was delivered, but I didn't receive anything. Where's my package?
Please email us with your order # and we'll do our best to get this sorted out.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
Please contact us with your order # and a picture showing the damages. We will do everything we can to fix this problem and replace the damaged goods.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.
I'm missing some items. What can I do?
Most of our orders are shipped together in one package. However sometimes we will run out of stock in one of our warehouses and have to ship the other items from a different warehouse. Please rest assured that all of your items will arrive.
